Abstract
This issue's Campus Profile highlights business processes and information resources organization at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). The Profile describes UCSD's successful use of the Balanced Scorecard with the Business Affairs management team. The article also highlights UCSD's Link Family, an integrated Web-based environment providing students, faculty, and staff with consistent and easy-to-use access to administrative information. This Campus Profile also provides an overview of the IT organization structure and the San Diego Supercomputer Center.
