Abstract
This paper reports on a case study of one rural school that has been recognized as an innovative school in respect to the integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning environment. This case study is part of a larger study to assess the impact of two outreach projects directed at the implementation of ICT in K-12 classrooms. Findings suggest that while the outreach projects have positively influenced the implementation of ICT, the factor that distinguishes this one school from other less successful project schools is their collaborate model of leadership.
