Abstract
The University of Arizona has implemented a new on-line forms system and infrastructure that leverages standard desktop tools, e-mail, workflow, mainframe integration, and partnerships with departmental users. This project has created a seamless Web-enabled front-end that provides one-stop shopping for departmental business managers needing to process the nearly 140 business forms at the University of Arizona. This presentation will demonstrate the system, infrastructure, and tools for development.
