Abstract
Northern Arizona University recently upgraded their student self-service Web system with new features, functionality, and a look and feel that administrators, students, and IT professionals have enthusiastically applauded. Come see the "LumberJack On-line University Information Environment" (LOUIE) in action as we demonstrate enhancements including automated advisement approval, priority registration, student e-mail account subscription, automated e-mail notifications, and electronic signoff of rights, risks, and responsibilities.
