Abstract
Fellows from the inaugural Frye Leadership Institute will discuss practical lessons in leadership keyed to critical issues including funding, staffing, and planning. Representing a wide range of IT, library, and merged-unit organizations, the panel will discuss new forms of scholarship, teaching, and learning that are transforming higher education. Collaboration from across the enterprise partly responds to this challenge, but leadership is needed to achieve shared vision, teamwork and results.
