Abstract
Is the completion of your ERP implementation the end of the road for your project team? This paper will explore the methods Virginia Tech is using to support and enhance its recently implemented ERP solution, which includes systems for human resources, students, accounts receivable, financial aid, admissions, finance, and alumni development. We'll discuss ongoing maintenance, reporting strategies, enhancements and clip-ons, new releases of the software, training, vendor relationships, and IT staff responsibilities.
