Abstract
Online support communities often fail to attain their full potential. This presentation demonstrates TECPD (Technology in Education Collaborative for Professional Development) Place, an online workspace used to facilitate collaboration among 100 IT professionals from colleges and universities across Ohio. Effective facilitation techniques and lessons learned will be shared.
