Abstract
To effectively manage learner-focused business processes, it is necessary to coordinate a range of projects, some addressing technology, some process, and some staff/management development. At John Moores University, program management has been adopted as a means to deliver this collaborative approach. This presentation will describe the method and evaluates its success in delivering strategic change.
