Abstract

This session will focus on the University of Pennsylvania's successfully implemented, specialized, and best-of-breed software for their financial aid department. This software enhances instead of detracting from existing systems and integrates easily with legacy systems and student information databases, while keeping dependence on IT staff to a minimum.
