Abstract
This presentation was given at the Net@EDU Broadband Pricing Working Group meeting at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Presenters updated attendees on federal broadband initiatives, including pending legislation and recent judicial proceedings, and their potential impact on the higher education community's quest to gain affordable access to high-speed networks.
