Abstract
Ohio's CollegeNet models the IT funding environment in colleges and universities comprising Ohio's public higher education system under the oversight of the Ohio Board of Regents. Endorsed by all 38 college and university presidents, it outlines the parameters of IT funding for higher education and provides a schema for allocation.
