Abstract
This presentation will outline the technical solution and the implementation process for the Rutgers University Web Online Payment Project. On the technical side, a callable (plug-and-play) module could be deployed for other services. For implementation, working in e-commerce with diverse partners (including internal functional groups, and external banks and financial processors) poses complex challenges.
