Abstract
Associated with authentication is an assumed clear identity mapping and appropriate procedures for distributing electronic credentials to individuals. These processes and policies are also critical to building future inter-institutional trust and collaborative applications. This session will cover the process and policy issues inherent in an authentication service deployment.
