Abstract

This presentation was provided at the 13th Annual Legal Issues in Higher Education Conference in Vermont to describe the TEACH Act, use of third party materials in distance education, the state of the law, fair use and anti-circumvention, ISP limitations on liability, licensing, and proposals to strengthen controls.
