Abstract
EDUCAUSE Executive Briefing #2. The need for realistic strategies to fund information technology on college and university campuses has never been greater. This executive briefing offers several fundamental principles and practices that can guide campus leaders at all types of institutions in planning and budgeting for, as well as managing investment in, information technology. The principles are based on the conclusions of a working group created by EDUCAUSE in cooperation with the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO).
