Abstract
Reference librarians at the College of the Holy Cross achieved unexpected results by using new courseware technologies to revitalize instruction on old but critical issues like copyright and information literacy. This session will focus on two products, ERes and Blackboard, which have been used successfully by librarians to promote learning for both students and faculty.
