Abstract
Inherent in multi-institutional authorization is a level of trust that processes involved with identity mapping, authentication, and security are at an agreed-upon service level. What kinds of services are needed by the user and institution to support community-wide resource sharing? This session offers an overview of the new thinking regarding trust services.
