Abstract
Two institutions compare how they use technology to prepare for new students. Franklin and Marshall uses technology to enhance advising sessions while Georgetown uses technology at a distance before orientation weekend. Despite the size differences of the institutions, they share similar successes and challenges in using technology to welcome new students.
