Abstract

The California State University is developing a secure identity management infrastructure (SIMI). SIMI will serve a half-million individuals at 24 institutions. While SIMI will meet the CSU's needs, we are designing it as a laboratory for larger identity management issues facing the education community. This work is presented in collaboration with NMI-EDIT.
