Abstract
Eastern Illinois University's leadership determined that the development of a campus technology plan was critical to better address needs of faculty, staff, students, and administration. This presentation will share the evolutionary process and model used by the Comprehensive Technology Planning Committee, as well as results and recommendations of that campus-wide effort.
