Abstract
Degree audit systems and self-service Web applications have revolutionized student services, yet student complaints about academic advising are nearly universal and have haven't changed much over the past 50 years since we've begun to apply technology to student records. This presentation will suggest ways that we might employ technology to provide better information to students and to help them connect with faculty.
