The regulations published by the federal financial institutions regulators and the Federal Trade Commission, 72 Fed. Reg. 63717 (November 9, 2007) provide extensive guidance that addresses many of the fundamental points for policy development. This GT Alert discusses some general points to consider when you are finally ready to put pen to paper.
