Abstract

The evolving world of lifelong learners and new ways of delivering services like Google Apps are generating new and exciting identitymanagement challenges. How can you get the auditors pulling for you when addressing these issues? And what do they care about? In this session, you will hear about why auditors want to work with their clients on the emerging issues, what keeps them up at night, and possible strategies for converting them into partners. The presenter will also highlight some of the potential benefits of the changing identity management terrain on his institution's overall risk profile.
