Stage 4: Providing Access to Services Throughout the Student Life Cycle


As students travel through our systems from prospect to alum, the services provided also change and so must the processes, roles, and authorization that support these services. Increased outsourcing of services to third-party business partners along with emerging legislation and growing privacy concerns make provisioning of services both more complex and critical. In this session, peers will discuss how they are managing access to services both on and off campus in this changing environment and point to concrete practices for others to follow.
