Abstract

The theme of this month’s Project Management Community Group, “Starting and Refreshing PMOs” is all about PMOs -- getting started and/or refreshing/reorganizing – and was a hot topic on our discussion list over the past month. We will be having three guest speakers addressing the following questions:

  • How did it come about/how?
  • Did you get upper level buy-in (and how)?
  • What major obstacles did you have?
  • What are your general lessons learned or other insights from the process?
