Abstract

This is the third strategic planning webinar for the EDUCAUSE Strategic Planning Community Group of 2019. The first two webinars were centered at a large public institution (Simon Fraser – 25,300 enrollment) and a large public institution with very high research activity (UC Berkeley – 42,000 enrollment). This event focuses on the strategic planning and execution paradigm found at a private institution with enrollment of 5,200. The webinar provides a unique contrast to the best practices and techniques needed for success in comparison to the first two webinars and offer additional appeal to those serving in private liberal arts institutions.
