Abstract
John Prette shows how simple it is to create a process for prioritizing projects using the method he used for prioritizing topics for next year's round of community group meetings. He exemplifies how easy it can be to establish a clear and simple process. Jennifer Burch showcases a new initiative to collect, review and publish templates for the community. Ed Puckett shows two new features available to community members; templates and a listing of Higher Ed PMOs. Next, John Prette highlights a few templates to help with project prioritization and project classification.
