Abstract
This paper outlines the strategic plan and successes to date on $20 million in projects for sharing information technologies across the 13 institutions of the statewide University of Wisconsin System. It addresses technology infrastructure facilities, roles of collaborating organizations, administrative leadership, and the sources of funding.
