Abstract

As the possibilities of delivering customer-specific information over the web have become realities, IT professionals have come to realize that updating content is the project that never dies. The technology to manage Web content is readily available with a variety of options and costs. However, the real work of finding a tool deals with the five Ps: people, policies, priorities, politics, and presidents. The University of Tennessee discusses their project to find a Web content management product for their multi-campus environment.
