Abstract
Discussions around the topic of creating online course materials need to address the two most frequently asked questions. Administrators and faculty alike want to know "How much will this cost?" and "How long does it take?" This presentation will explore two resource allocation methods used at Penn State's World Campus, and at the University of Washington for the design, development, and delivery of online courses.
