Abstract
A successful faculty-development program partnering undergraduate students with faculty members, one-on-one, has been pilot-tested and evaluated at the University of California at Davis. Faculty learning has been evaluated by questionnaires and focus groups. In the first year, about 30 faculty partners, with minimal initial technology skills, have participated.
