Abstract
We will focus on how to structure current IT budgets into key manageable buckets that will allow an institution to create a stable, predictable, and fundable IT budget, year over year. The budget will plan to address all technology needs, including regeneration and IT resources as well as how to plan and budget for "catch up" areas.
