Abstract
The authors wrote "Supporting eLearners" to show the practical application of the British Standards Institution's BS 8426, a code of practice for e-support in e-learning systems. BS8426 provides a comprehensive framework for judging the extent to which learners in e-learning courses are suitably supported in their learning.
