Abstract
This CHECS study canvassed CIOs, known CATOs and academic technology leaders, as well as deans and provosts to understand changes happening across institutions of higher education in academic technology. Combined with information from the CHECS 2018 CIO survey, this research paints a picture of the differences and similarities between CATOs and other higher education technology executives.
