Abstract

This session of the EDUCAUSE ITSM Constituent Group Online Book Club focuses on the book ITIL® Practitioner Guidance (Axelos, 2016). Co-author Stuart Rance leads this book club session, which is a chance to discuss the various topics introduced in the book and how we have applied it in our lives. With ITIL being currently updated, the book is very relevant to ITSM practitioners.
