Generative AI



Generative AI is a machine learning model that is programed to take in data and generate the output of new data, including text, audio, images and video.  GenAI use in higher education is becoming the norm. Higher ed institutions need to develop policies for the various generative AI applications used by the community. These applications include, ChatGPT and Copilor  for text, DALL-E  or Midjourney for images, Suno AI for music and Synthesia for video.
