Abstract

This paper presents three different perspectives on the Western Governors' Association Western Governors University (WGU), a collaborative foray into online higher education by eighteen western states. It covers the intents and purposes of WGU, (2) impacts at an institutional level, and (3) impacts on individual faculty and support staff.
