Abstract
Georgia State University has implemented a Resource Management System (RMS) tha address the need for IT support organizations to track work effort supporting diverse areas in the institution. The system is built upon a relational database in a client server environment. Interfaces to the system are through Oracle client server forms, Oracle reports and Web interfaces.
