Abstract

What happens when an institution realizes that a Web site is more than an IT project? In 2000, Arizona State University expanded its Web development efforts by promoting inter-unit partnerships and an overall representative governance structure for university Web development. This presentation will describe the challenges of creating and managing Web content and services across organizational lines.
