Abstract
While there are guidelines available for how to implement ERP systems, information is not as widely available for how to effectively support the systems after they are live. Critically important to the ongoing success is the effective use of ERP systems. This session will focus on the development of an ERP support model, including the challenges and opportunities encountered, at The Catholic University of America.
