Abstract
Developing pedagogically sound, technology-based solutions that are pervasive and economically viable, yet flexible enough to meet the diverse needs, is challenging. This session highlights key success factors for schools contemplating the implementation of an enterprise-wide e-learning platform as well as support models and services necessary to manage increasingly sophisticated user needs.
