Abstract
Utilizing online, integrated learning technology, the U.S. Army has dramatically improved soldier access to higher education. The panel will outline the processes and technology required to integrate an entire network of higher education institutions into a single virtual university. Lessons will be shared to help other institutions enhance their own online learning initiatives.
