Abstract
Many college faculty have begun to develop online assessments and learning exercises in Blackboard (and other course management packages). These exercises help reinforce the key concepts of their courses. In November 2000, Gettysburg College proposed the creation of a shared resources site where faculty from many different colleges can share and trade "pools" of quiz questions. In this presentation we will discuss the ways that online quizzes are used at Gettysburg College, demonstrate some of the quiz pools available at the shared site, and advertise the site to IT support staff who might be interested in participating.
