Abstract
A cross-campus collaborative team, which included the Chemistry Department, Mediaworks, vice provost for IET, and the college dean, developed a Web-based approach to introducing laboratory concepts and procedures in the large-enrollment general chemistry course. The approach dramatically improved the consistency of instruction and used both student time and laboratory resources more efficiently.
