Abstract
IT contracts can be difficult to understand and negotiate. We will discuss contract fundamentals as well as specifics and provide an IT director's view of what to look for in software, hardware, and professional services contracts. We will also spend some time on what should be included in ASP contracts and how they differ from other vendor relationships.
