Abstract
The Indiana Digital Learning Space will serve the full learner life cycle—pre-kindergarten through lifelong adult learning. Twenty-four focus groups identified 11 required functions within the learning space. Higher education leads the 10-member partnership that includes K–12, libraries, and public broadcasting by offering a forum for design and not necessarily driving the outcome.
