Abstract

This online seminar builds on the excellent groundwork laid in the previous seminar by Clare Van Den Blink, "How Do We Know It Works: Evaluating Learning Technology Projects." In this online seminar we guide participants through a step-by-step process of actually getting an evaluation project off the ground. After a very brief recap of how to conceptualize and plan for a learning technology evaluation project, we lead participants through a step-by-step process of how to start the research and begin collecting data. The presenters base the presentation on real-world examples of evaluation projects and provide insights into how to overcome common challenges and avoid problems.
