Abstract
IT governance, risk, and compliance it is a series of decision-making activities that effectively evaluate and align campus IT strategy with an institution’s strategy. IT GRC programs ensure that institutional IT programs are governed with a clear and effective decision-making process, that IT risks are addressed in a reliable manner, and that institutional IT resources and the data contained in those resources are operated in an allowable manner. This report examines the status of IT GRC maturity and deployment in higher education. The maturity and deployment indices are based on contributions to the EDUCAUSE Core Data Service.
