Digital Transformation: Equipping Advisors for the Journey, Students for Success

Abstract

Digital transformation (Dx) refers to a series of deep and coordinated culture, workforce, and technology shifts that enable new educational and operating models and transform an institution’s business model, strategic directions, and value proposition. Many Dx initiatives on many campuses are anchored in student success goals. These initiatives are equipping advisors with new skills, mindsets, and policies critical to creating the shifts to culture and workforce that are needed to leverage new features and functions of technology from a position of equity and ethics.
