The dominant organizational issue shaping teaching and learning today is the intersection of AI, workforce capacity, and institutional change management. Across the EDUCAUSE collection, institutions are being challenged to develop effective AI governance, strengthen instructional design and faculty support, adapt to sustained demand for online learning, and build organizational structures capable of responding to rapid technological and pedagogical change.
